Terry Allen Schultz Sr.

Terry Allen Schultz Sr., 76, of Bardstown , KY passed away Friday, October 17, 2025 at his residence. Terry was a United States Navy Veteran. He was a stand up comedian, a guitar player and songwriter, but most importantly he enjoyed playing with his grandchildren and spending time with his kids. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Dorothy Bailey Schultz, and 2 sisters, Margie Schultz and Susie Karr.

He is survived by three sons, Terry Jr., John, and Michael Schultz; two daughters, Cynthia Schultz, and Shannon Verwers; seven grandchildren, Devin and Ariel Brown, Martavious Smith, Terri, Warren, and Shekra Schultz, and Tristan Mitchell; along with two brothers, Skip and Bobby Schultz.

A memorial service will be held at 4:00 PM on Saturday, November 8, 2025, at the First United Methodist Church in Bardstown, KY. In honor of Terry, the family has requested everyone to wear green as it was his favorite color. Memorial donations can be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
