Rick Vittitow

Rick Vittitow, 64, of Bardstown passed away Monday, August 30, 2021 at his residence.  He was born on November 10, 1956 in Bardstown.  Rick formerly owned Vittitow Drywall and was a cattle farmer.  He loved to hunt, fish, setting out bank poles, trout lines, an avid outdoorsman, a U of K fan, and most of all he loved spending time with his granddaughter.

He was preceded in death by his parents,  Ira and Martha Vittitow; brother, Kevin Vittitow; and sister, Linda Vittitow Shupe.

He is survived by his spouse, Sheryl Vittitow; two daughters, Amber (Brian) Ulrich and Kelsie Vittitow both of Bardstown; granddaughter, Avery Vittitow; brother, Thomas David Vittitow; sister, Karen Motherhead both of Bardstown; niece, Katie Moore of Louisiana and nephew, Ryan Moore of New Haven.

His memorial graveside service will be at 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, September 8, 2021 at Vittitow Cemetery.
