Reba Jane Kidwell

Reba Jane Kidwell, 72, of Bardstown, passed away Tuesday, August 12, 2025 at her residence.  She was born on February 12, 1953 in Nelson County and retired from American Greetings.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Michael Lee Kidwell; daughter, Sarah Lee Kidwell: parents, Dora and Elbert Stallings Sr.; and a brother, Elbert Franklin Stalling Jr.

She is survived by three daughters, Candice (Randy) Downs of Bardstown, Wendy (David) Coomer of Bloomfield and Mickie (Paul) Wheatley of Bardstown; seven grandchildren, Derrick Downs, Clay Downs, Morgan Keeling, Wyatt Wheatley, Wes Wheatley, Ryan Coomer and Tori Hutchins; two great-grandchildren, Sophia and Levi; two sisters, Judy Marks and Martha Hardin; and several nieces and nephews.

Her memorial service will be held at 12:00 P.M. Friday, August 15, 2025 at Barlow Funeral Home with burial in St. Gregory Cemetery.  Bro. Ray Johnson will officiate.  Visitation will be from 10 A.M. to 12 P.M. Friday, August 15, 2025 at Barlow Funeral Home.

Memorial contributions may go to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
