Mary Elizabeth "Betty" Ice

Mary Elizabeth "Betty" Ice, 65, of Bardstown, passed away Tuesday August 20, 2024 at University of Louisville Hospital. She was born August 29, 1958, and loved to garden. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, Francis Xavier and Lorene Ice; and one sister Veronica Cowell. 

She is survived by her fur baby and best friend, pretty girl; siblings, Yvonne Jones of Bardstown, Bonnie Chapple of Texas, Nancy Embry of Bardstown, Elaine Flynn of North Carolina, Becky (Charlie) Gaslin of New Haven, Harold (Cathy) Ice of Tennessee, Dennis Ice of Bardstown, and Mary Annette (James) Silcox of Jacksonville, Florida; very special friend, Savannah; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. 

Her funeral service will be 7 pm Sunday August 25, 2024 at Barlow Funeral Home. Cremation will follow. Visitation will be 3 pm - 8 pm on Sunday August 25, 2024 at Barlow Funeral Home.
