Maggie Hall Thompson Larimore, 87, of Bardstown, passed away Wednesday September 11, 2024 at Baptist Health Hospital Louisville. She was born January 31, 1937 in Lebanon. She enjoyed music and going to dance at the armory, and was a member of St. Thomas Catholic Church.
She was preceded in death by her husbands, Joseph Edward Thompson and David Larimore; son, Joseph Allen Thompson; step-son, Jimmy Thompson; parents, Edward and Stella Hall; brothers, Charles Hall and Glenn Hall; and sisters, Opal Roller, Geneva Wright, Jacqueline Wright, and Louise Hall.
She is survived by her seven children, Eddie (Sharon) Thompson, Debbie (Tommy) Shaw, Jan (David) Stansbury, Vicky Brothers, Tony Thompson, Crystal (Doug) Scurlock, and Todd (Anne) Thompson; four step-children, Johnny Thompson, Mary Wilson, Shirley Dewboys, and Jane (Ken) Shelver; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great great-grandchildren; and brother, John L Hall.
Her funeral service will be 12pm Monday September, 16, 2024 at Barlow Funeral Home with burial in St. Thomas Cemetery. Rev. Ben Brown will officiate. Visitation will be 10 am to 12pm, Monday September 16 at Barlow Funeral Home.
