Kenneth "Kenny" Ray Gordon, 80, of Bardstown, passed away Sunday, December 21, 2025 at Jewish Hospital. He was born August 19, 1945 in Louisville. He loved the outdoors, and his special dog, Reya. He was a loving family man, his granddaughter's were his world. He was a man with a big sense of humor, and a jack of all trades. He was a Vietnam Army Veteran.
He was preceded in death by his parents, William Irvin and Lunette Gordon; sister and brother-in-law, Sue Ann and Dinwiddie Mathis; and brother-in-law, Charlie Lister.
He is survived by his loving wife, Roxanna Gordon of Bardstown; daughter, Kim Gordon of Bardstown; son, Kenton (Cathy) Gordon of Bardstown; three granddaughters, Shanna Brussell, Lindsey Gordon, and Karley Gordon; bonus granddaughter, Emma Bodine; three sisters, Joyce Lister, Bonnie (Ernie) Piles, Debbie Greenwell; and a brother, Billy Gordon; and several nieces and nephews.
His funeral service will be 11 am Saturday, December 27, 2025 at Barlow Funeral Home with burial in The First Cedar Creek Baptist Church Cemetery. Bro. Todd Davis will officiate. Visitation will be 3 pm to 8 pm Friday, December 26 and 9 am to 11 am Saturday, December 27 at Barlow Funeral Home.
