Judith "Judy" Ann Parrish

Judith Ann "Judy" Parrish, 75, of Bardstown, passed away Sunday July 28, 2024 at her residence.  She was born October 17, 1948 in St. Louis, Missouri, retired registered nurse and Department Head for American Red Cross, graduate of St. Louis University, and member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, where she enjoyed being in the choir.  She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend to many.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Harry and Helen Noltkamper; sister, Joan Kister; and three nephews, Joey Kister, Michael Rigsby, and Kevin Kister.

She is survived by her husband of 44 years, Don Parrish of Bardstown; two daughters, Katy Parrish of Nashville, Tennessee, and Carolyn Parrish (Joe) O'Toole of Lexington; three grandchildren, Emerson "Emmy" O'Toole, Madelyn "Maddy" O'Toole, and Ellyette "Elly" Parrish; brother, Eugene Noltkamper of Daniels, West Virginia; and several nieces and nephews.

Her Funeral Mass will be 11:00 am Friday August 2, 2024 at Basilica of St. Joseph Proto-Cathedral, with burial in St. Joseph Cemetery.  Rev. J. Randall Hubbard will officiate.  Visitation will be 4 - 8 pm Thursday August 1 and 9 - 10:15 am Friday August 2 at Barlow Funeral Home.  A prayer service will be held Thursday evening.

Memorial contributions may go to The American Red Cross or St. Joseph Catholic Church building fund.
