John T. "Tom" Boone Jr.

John T. "Tom" Boone Jr., 81, of Bardstown, passed away Saturday, May 10, 2025 at his home. He was born April 25, 1944 in Bardstown. 

He was a retired State Plumbing Inspector, and retired from the L & N/CSX Railroad. He was a member of the Masons, and loved the Publishing Clearing House. He was an Air Force Veteran. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, Sylvia and John T. Boone Sr.; and sister, Winnie.

He is survived by his wife, Dale Boone; two children, Melissa Pile Boone, and Bryan Boone; four grandchildren, Collin Boone, Kelly Holcomb, Sarah Pile, and Kayla Boone; great-grandchildren, Alyssa (Atlas), Braydon, Elijah, Emma, Braxton, Delaney, Blake, and Koa; and brother, Sammy.

His wishes were cremation with no services.
