Janie Asher Hite

Janie Asher Hite, 53, of Bardstown, passed away Friday May 27, 2022 at Norton Brownsboro Hospital in Louisville.  She was born April 21, 1969 in Wurzburg, Germany, graduated from University of Kentucky with a bachelor's degree, graduated from University of Louisville with a Juris Doctor degree, an attorney for Hite Law Group, member of Kentucky Bar Association, and St. Joseph Catholic Church.

She is survived by her husband of 24 years, Steven Hite; daughter, Madeline Hite; parents, David and Janet Asher all of Bardstown; sister, Rebecca (Mark) Radicchi of Atlanta, Georgia; and several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Her Funeral Mass will be 11:00 am Wednesday June 1, 2022 at Basilica of St. Joseph Proto-Cathedral, with burial in St. Joseph Cemetery.  Rev. Terry Bradshaw will officiate.  Visitation will be 3 - 8 pm Tuesday May 31 and 9 - 10:15 am Wednesday June 1 at Barlow Funeral Home.  A prayer service will be held Tuesday evening.
