Gerald "Gary" Ferriell Obituary

Gerald “Gary” Francis Ferriell, 62, of Bardstown died Wednesday, January 9, 2019 at Norton Women’s and Children’s Hospital. He was born July 31, 1956 in Louisville. He was a manager at Kohl’s, a graduate of U of L with a Political Science Degree, and a U of L Cardinal Fan, a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, and a Kentucky Colonel.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Lawrence and Lillie Ferriell.

He is survived by his sister, Lisa (Carl) Frazier of Louisville; three brothers, Don (Louise) Ferriell of Louisville, Denny (Kathleen) Ferriell of Bardstown, and Jim (Vickie) Ferriell of Mt. Washington; and several nieces and nephews.

His funeral service will be at 11:00 am Monday, January 14, 2019 at Barlow Funeral Home with burial in St. Joseph Cemetery. Rev. Terry Bradshaw will officiate. Visitation will be from 2 till 7 pm Sunday, January 13, 2019 and 9 till 11 am Monday, January 14, 2019 at Barlow Funeral Home.

Memorial contributions may go to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society of Kentucky and Southern Indiana.
