Eugene Clark, 94, of New Haven, passed away on June 29, 2024. He was born on January 26, 1930, in Nelson County. He was a heavy equipment operator for Gene Holloway, and a member of St. Vincent DePaul Catholic Church.
He was preceded in death by his son, Charles Michael Clark; parents, Janks and Maw Clark; two brothers, Chester Clark, and Rayme Clark; and five sisters, Theresa Metcalf, Lala Nally, Aline Lanham, Lee Clark, and Ann Clark.
He is survived by his wife, Beulah Clark, of New Haven; three children, Wanda (Steve) Spalding, of Bardstown, Steve (Lisa) Clark, of Fern Creek and Jackie (Gary) Allender, of Bardstown; seven grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; two brothers, Jack Clark, of New Haven and Bernard Clark, of Eminence; two sisters, Margarette Nally, of Holy Cross, and Martha Ann Tingle, of Mississippi.
His Funeral Mass will be 10:30 am at St. Vincent DePaul Catholic Church on Wednesday, July 3, 2024 with internment to follow at St. Vincent DePaul Cemetery. Visitation will be 3 pm - 8 pm Tuesday July 2, 2024 and 8:30 am - 9:30 am on Wednesday July 3, 2024 at Barlow Funeral Home. A prayer service will be held at 6 pm Tuesday evening.
