Ellen Mae Lacy

Ellen Mae Lacy, 84, of Bardstown, passed away Thursday, May 22, 2025 at Norton Audubon Hospital. She was born November 30, 1940 in Glasgow. She was a hairstylist for the Sisters of Charity, and attended Parkway Baptist Church. She loved the ocean, puzzles, and her family.

She was preceded by Jerome and Stella Robinson; siblings, Marion Robinson, Ray Robinson, Roger Robinson, Orvil Robinson, Cleo Dorothy Robinson, and Pauline Robinson; and great-grandchildren, Christopher Grammer.

She is survived by her children, Sandy (Kelvin) Haynes of Bardstown, Debbie (Boe) Grammer of Brandenburg, Barb (Stephen) Hagan of Bardstown, and Bob (Michelle) Lacy of Bardstown; five grandchildren, Mark Grammer, Phillip Haynes, Becca Edelen, Melanie Conroy, and Stephen Haynes; and six great-grandchildren, Kylie Edelen, Katherine Haynes, Ellie Redmon, Alexandria Conroy, Holden Conroy, and Gabriella Grammer.

Her funeral service will be 7:30 pm, Wednesday, May 28, 2025 at Barlow Funeral Home. Rev. Rodney Lynch will officiate. Visitation will be 5 pm to 8 pm Wednesday, May 28, 2025 at Barlow Funeral Home. Burial will be 11 am, Thursday, May 29 at Bardstown Cemetery.
