Elizabeth Pearl Cambron, 78, of Cox's Creek, passed away Thursday, April 24, 2025 at Norton Hospital. She was born September 6, 1946, in Marion County. She retired from Ellis Wrecker Service. She was an avid U of L Fan, loved gambling, scrapbooking, and her grandkids.
She was preceded in death by her parents. William Joseph and Mary Catherine Mudd; and sister, Barbara Jean Greenwell.
She is survived by her loving husband of 54 years, Joseph Ronald Cambron; two daughters, Michelle (Travis) Stone of Cox's Creek and Kristy (Brent Culver) Cambron of New Haven; two grandchildren, Cambron Stone and Kaylin Stone; two sisters, Mary M. Goodwin of Jeffersonville, IN, and Ruth Barlow of Gravel Switch; brother, William Joseph Mudd Jr. of Jeffersonville, IN; and several nieces and nephews.
Her Funeral Mass will be 10 am Tuesday, April 29, 2025 at St. Gregory the Great Catholic Church with cremation to follow. Rev. Jacob Zulu will officiate. Visitation will be 4 pm to 8 pm Monday April 28 and 8 am to 9:15 am Tuesday April 29 at Barlow Funeral Home. A prayer service will be held at 7pm. Burial will be held 11 am Saturday May 3, 2025 at St. Gregory Cemetery.
