Carl Douglas “Doug” Coulter, 55, of Bardstown passed away Sunday February 16, 2020 at his residence. He was born May 23, 1964 in Bardstown, and worked for Southern Glacier and Wine.

He was preceded in death by his parents, R.H. and Beulah Coulter.

He is survived by his son, Travis Coulter (Heather) of Bloomfield; significant other, Donna Highbaugh of Bardstown; two grandchildren, Samuel and Samantha Coulter; step-grandchild, Kaylin Highbaugh; step- great-grandchild, Avianna Simpson; and four siblings, Billy Coulter (Peggy), Russell Coulter (Sue), Bobby Coulter (Barbara), and Shelia Coulter.

His memorial visitation will be 4 – 8 pm Thursday February 20, 2020 at Barlow Funeral Home.
