Brian G. Tichenor, 42, of Bardstown, passed away Tuesday, February 11, 2025 in an auto accident. He was born July 5, 1982 in Louisville.
Brian greatly loved the Lord. He also loved life, he enjoyed skiing, riding his motorcycle, collecting coins, and being outside. He was an avid UK fan. He liked to make people smile, and never met a stranger.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Debbie Ockerman Tichenor; maternal grandmother, Glenna Ockerman; and paternal grandparents, Mayelene Roby Tichenor and C.N. Tichenor.
He is survived by his father, Gary Tichenor of Bardstown; step-son, Isaac Edenstrom; brother, Stephen (Missy) Tichenor of Bardstown; nephew, Chayton Wayne Tichenor; niece, Laylie Gale Tichenor; grandfather, Wendell Ockerman of Bloomfield; aunts, Sherry (Dean) Higdon of Louisville, Jo Carol (Kevin) Stephens of Bloomfield, and Wendy (Jeff) Lewis of Bloomfield; and many cousins, and friends.
His services will be held privately due to Brian's father, Gary, having an immunocompromised system.
In lieu of flowers donation may be made to Brian Tichenor's niece to help cover medical expenses for Laylie who's in Cincinnati Children's Hospital. Donations can be dropped off at any Stock Yards Bank.
