Brent Payne Hodge

Brent Payne Hodge, 60, of Bardstown, passed away Tuesday December 2, 2025 at University of Louisville Southwest.  He was born December 6, 1964 in Elizabethtown, loved to golf, fish, cook, Indiana Basketball, and being with his family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Wilbert and Ellaree Phillips; and three brothers, Finis Walker, Curtis Hodge, and Marion Hodge.

He is survived by his wife of 34 years, Crystal Phillips Hodge; three daughters, Brentney Hodge, Brandy Hodge, and MaAliyah Cox all of Bardstown; five grandchildren, Aubrielle Dunlap, Aralynn Dunlap, Brenton Stevens, Carson Cox, and Cade Cox; six sisters, Gwendolyn Dorsey, Betty Hodge, Sherry Cox, Beverly Hodge, Julia Brasher, and Felicia Hodge; and a host of nieces and nephews.

His funeral service will be 12:00 pm Monday December 8, 2025 at Barlow Funeral Home, with burial in Bardstown Cemetery.  Rev. Roscoe M. Linton will officiate.  Visitation will be 10 am - 12 pm Monday December 8, 2025 at Barlow Funeral Home.
