Vera Dell Hart, 77, of Bardstown, died Tuesday, June 12, 2018 at Signature Health Care Colonial. She was born February, 23, 1941 in Okemah, Oklahoma. She was a homemaker, a member of First Christian Church (D.O.C.) in Bardstown, member of the Easter Star and past Worthy Matron, past President of the V.F.W. and D.A.V., a secretary of the A.A.R.P., a member of the Daughter of the Nile, White Shrine, and White Cane, a driver for the D.A.V., and president of the C.W.F. in Shenandoah, VA.
She is preceded in death by her son, Johnny Dewayne Watts; and parents, Everett Vernon Herd and Dallas Walker.
She is survived by her husband, Don F. Hart; first husband, Cecil J. Watts; two sons, C. “Jim” Watts, Jr. and Joseph Patrick Watts; daughter, Della Rene’ Post; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
There will no services. Cremation was chosen.
