Terry Cook

Terry Cook, 60, of Cox’s Creek passed away Wednesday, September 11, 2019 at Flaget Memorial Hospital.  He was born on February 9, 1959 in Bardstown.  He loved the Lord, nature and helping others out.  Most of all his children and grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his father, Grover Cook; paternal grandparents, Hughsie and Ellen S. Cook; and maternal grandparents, Leo and Helen Wathen.

He is survived by his daughter, Tracy (Frankie) Campbell of Cox’s Creek; son, Troy (Brittany) Cook of Bardstown, eight grandchildren, Mackenzie Cook, Tristun Cook, Scottie Cook, Kaydence Hatfield, Brisun Cook, Lola Campbell, Stella Campbell, Ava Campbell; Ex-Wife, Lois Hall Cook; mother, Carolyn Ballard; seven brothers and sisters, Donna Bowman, David Cook, Rose Spalding, Mona Carey, Annette Curtsinger, John Cook, and Chris Cook; and several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

His funeral service will be at 12:00 Noon Saturday, September 14, 2019 at Barlow Funeral Home.  Visitation will be from 10 am till 12 Noon Saturday, September 14, 2019 at Barlow Funeral Home. 

Terry’s wishes was to be cremated after his services.
