Mary Breeden Obituary

Mary Wathen Breeden, 85, passed away on November 27, 2018 at her home in Bardstown. She was born on July 6, 1933 in Washington County, Kentucky, the youngest of eight children born to J.A. and Gertrude Taylor Wathen.

She is the widow of Bob Hahn and Joseph R. Breeden; preceded in death by four brothers, Tony, Paul, Charlie and Joe Wathen; and three sisters, Margie Hamilton, Edith Miller and Virginia Edelen.

She is survived by her son, Robert H. Hahn, Bardstown. In addition to her son, she is survived by several nieces and nephews.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:00 am on Friday, November 30, 2018 at St. Thomas Church, officiated by Reverend Jason Harris. Burial will be in Bardstown Cemetery. Visitation will be from 3-8 pm on Thursday and 8-9:15 am on Friday morning at Barlow Funeral Home. A prayer service will be held at 7 pm Thursday.

The family wishes expressions of sympathy to go to St. Thomas Church or Bethlehem High School.
