Leroy Gilbert Obituary

Leroy Gilbert, 83, of Bardstown, passed away Tuesday March 27, 2018 at Kindred Hospital in Louisville. He was born February 5, 1935 in Bardstown, and a longtime resident of Signature Healthcare at Colonial.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Aline Gilbert Anderson; and brother, Rev. Willie Ed Linton.

He is survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

His funeral service will be 1:00 pm Monday April 2, 2018 at First Baptist Church of Bardstown, with burial in Bardstown Cemetery. Rev. Michael Smith will officiate. Visitation will be 10 am to 1 pm Monday April 2 at First Baptist Church of Bardstown.
