John Montgomery Sr. Obituary

John Montgomery Sr., 52, of Bardstown, passed away Thursday January 24, 2019 at his residence. He was born October 21, 1966 in Philadelphia, and owner of Montgomery Auto Mart.

He was preceded in death by his parents, John Montgomery and Diana Lydin; and brother, Eugene Smith.

He is survived by his son, John Montgomery Jr.; daughter, Shelby L. Montgomery; longtime companion, Lisa Bean all of Bardstown; two sisters, Michelle Scott, and Luisa Kuza both of Michigan; and several nieces and nephews.

His memorial service will be 7:00 pm Tuesday January 29, 2019 at Barlow Funeral Home. Rev. Karl Lusk will officiate. Visitation will be 5 – 8 pm Tuesday January 29 at Barlow Funeral Home.

Memorial contributions may go to Humane Society of Nelson County.
