James Knott Sr, Obituary

James “B.J.” Knott Sr., 47, of Shelbyville, passed away Sunday May 6, 2018 at his residence. He was born January 27, 1971 in Bardstown, an employee at Katayama, a member of Bourbon City Bikers, and a member of the New Covenant Church in Shelbyville.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Bernard and Elizabeth Knott.

He is survived by his son, James Knott Jr. of Shelbyville; two sisters, Saundra Williams, and Kwan (Richard) Dawson, both of Bardstown; and two nieces and two nephews.

His funeral service will be 1:00 pm Saturday, May 12, 2018 at Barlow Funeral Home, with burial in Bardstown Cemetery. Pastor. Joseph Humphrey Jr. will officiate. Visitation will be 11:00 am to 1:00 pm Saturday, May 12, 2018 at Barlow Funeral Home
