Cyril Rogers Obituary

Cyril Rogers, 65, of Cox’s Creek, passed away Saturday September 1, 2018 at his residence. He was born July 20, 1953 in Nelson County, retired from Iron Works, and attended St. Gregory Catholic Church.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Leon and Mildred Rogers; four brothers, Paul Rogers, Dallas Rogers, Billy Rogers, and Justin Rogers; and sister, Barbara Garrett.

He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Peggy Barnes Rogers of Cox’s Creek; son, Casey Rogers of Bardstown; sister, Lynnette Williams of Irvington; and several nieces and nephews.

Cremation was chosen with no services.

Memorial contributions may go to Hospice of Nelson County or American Cancer Society.
