Sue Ann Rogers

Sue Ann Rogers, 71, of Bardstown, passed away Thursday September 14, 2017 at Norton Hospital in Louisville.  She was born August 24, 1946 in Lebanon, retired cafeteria manager for St. Joseph Schools, active with Whiskey City  Cruisers, member of Witty Friends, Lady Bus Group, and St. Joseph Catholic Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Carroll Rogers; and father, Clem Spalding.

She is survived by her longtime boyfriend of 20 years, Teddy Collins; two sons, Brett (Monna Kendrick) Rogers, and Jeff (Kay) Rogers all of Bardstown; six grandchildren, Michael (Tanya), Jared, and Caroline Lefaivre, and Jake, Alex, and Jarett Rogers; mother, Margie Spalding of Bardstown; two brothers, Bill (Donna) Spalding of Versailles, and Steve (Tina) Spalding; sister, Joanie (Rob) Offutt both of Bardstown; and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

Her Funeral Mass will be 11:00 am Tuesday September 19, 2017 at Basilica of St. Joseph Proto-Cathedral, with burial in St. Joseph Cemetery.  Visitation will be 3 to 8 pm Monday September 18 and 9 to 10:15 am Tuesday September 18 at Barlow Funeral Home.  A prayer service will be held Monday evening.
