Dan A. Handloser Jr.

Dan A. Handloser Jr., 60 of Bardstown died Saturday, June 3, 2017 at Baptist Health in Louisville.  He was born August 10, 1956 in Huntington, West Virginia.  He worked for Nelson County Schools and was a member of The Peoples Church.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Mary T. Handloser; brother-in-law, Stephen Charles Foster.

He is survived by his wife, Robin Hughes Handloser of Bardstown; daughter, Emily Handloser (Ethan) Conley of Versailles, Kentucky; father, Dan A. Handloser Sr. of Huntington, West Virginia; two sisters, Linda Handloser (Nick) Taylor of Ocala, Florida, Carolyn Handloser Foster of Huntington, West Virginia; one brother, Jeff T. (Pam) Handloser of Proctorville, Ohio; seven nieces and nephews, Jessica Handloser (Nick) Kuhn, Mitchell Handloser, Danni Lee, Hannah Lee, Grace Lee, Matthew Bunch, Samuel Bunch.

His funeral service will be held at 11:00 am Wednesday, June 7, 2017 at Barlow Funeral Home with burial in Bardstown Cemetery.  Pastor Josh Bunch will officiate.  Visitation will be from 4 to 8 pm Tuesday, June 6, 2017 and 10 to 11 am Wednesday, June 7, 2017 at Barlow Funeral Home.

Memorial contribution may go to The Peoples Church.
