Billy Joe Downs, 53, of Bardstown, passed away Sunday, October 1, 2017 at his residence. He was born June 23, 1964 in Bardstown.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Joseph Lee & Ethel Downs, Marty & Katherine Mattingly; and great-nephew, Aydin Downs.
He is survived by his parents, Julia Downs, Billy Downs Sr.; sisters, Laurie (Andy)Bradley, Lisa Downs; brother, Jayson (Loribeth)Downs; special nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
A prayer service will be at Noon on Wednesday, October 4, 2017 at Barlow Funeral Home, with cremation to follow. Visitation will be 11am until Noon Wednesday, October 4, 2017 at Barlow Funeral Home.
